Technical Specifications

Temperature Lock Setup Instructions

Important: The oven ships with a temperature lock that must be unlocked before use.

1. Press and hold the "Set" button for 5 seconds to access program settings
2. Click "Set" buttons to locate the "LCY" setting
3. Set "LCY" parameter to "0101"
4. Press and hold "Set" for 5 seconds to confirm
5. Shutdown and restart after 1 minute
