This refractory ceramic crucible is designed for high-temperature non-ferrous metal melting in compatible electric and gas furnaces. Available in 1KG, 2KG and 3KG sizes, it features a cylindrical body, reinforced upper collar, central opening and front pouring notch for controlled handling and pouring.

Recommended for compatible copper, aluminum, brass and bronze melting applications in jewelry studios and small metalworking workshops.

1KG, 2KG and 3KG are size designations. Actual metal capacity varies according to material density.

Suitable For

Copper, aluminum, brass and bronze melting in compatible electric or gas furnaces.

Not recommended for gold, silver, iron, steel or any material with an unverified melting temperature.

How to Use

1. Inspect the crucible for cracks or damage.
2. Keep it completely dry before heating.
3. Place it in a cold furnace and preheat gradually.
4. Add a compatible metal without overfilling.
5. Use suitable tongs, heat-resistant gloves and a face shield.
6. Pour slowly through the front notch.
7. Allow it to cool naturally. Do not quench with water.
