It is suitable for jewelry studios, repair workshops, craft benches, and home projects.

Key Features

The long handle provides controlled leverage for gradually forming suitable ring blanks and flat or half-round metal strips. Multiple dies and forming blocks support different curves, while the organized base keeps components easy to select.

Use the finger gauge set or flat size gauge to determine finger size, then use the ring mandrel to measure an existing ring. The mandrel displays US sizes 2–15, and the flat gauge displays US sizes 1–17.

The base can be secured to a workbench with the included hardware to reduce movement during operation.

How to Use

1. Secure the tool to a stable bench.
2. Select and install the required forming die.
3. Position the ring blank or metal strip between the forming points.
4. Move the handle gradually with steady pressure.
5. Check the curve and size frequently.

Suitable For

Plain ring blanks, workable flat or half-round metal strips, gentle ring reshaping, jewelry workshops, and DIY projects.

Not Recommended For

Stone-set rings, cracked jewelry, brittle or hardened materials, oversized stock, or workpieces beyond the tool’s capacity.

Important Notes

Material hardness, width, and thickness can affect results. Apply pressure gradually and test on scrap material before working on finished jewelry. The hex wrench may be supplied in either the silver right-angle style or black extended style. One style is selected at random without affecting function.
